I had worn a pink gleaming short knee-length dress, with a little sparkle in the front. And I wore black 3' inch stilettos to match the dress.

My attire was fun and elegant but at the same time sexy. I had just said bye to my Dad after his 20 minutes lecture about me being careful and calling him if anything happened.

I had just stepped out of our house, when a limousine parked in front of our building. The most handsomest man in the world stepped out of the car and it was of course Edwin.

His hair was done nicely and he was wearing a black suit, which matched my pink dress. I realized his eyes were still on me, even after being there for 3 minutes.

He finally took my hand and led me to the car. I blushed when he smiled at me, and I could already imagine I looked like a replicated version of a ripped tomato.

? Edwin's POV ?
I couldn't take my eyes off her, she was breathtakingly beautiful in that dress. When we finally reached the party I led her in and we even saw Fleur and Maria drinking wine and laughing.

Maria had a shocked face when she saw me and Delia together like a couple. I chuckled at the game Fleur is playing.

I looked at Delia who by now was fuming with anger. I squeezed her hand. "Relax babe, you better not come in between this game " and she looked up at me confused.

"Fleur is working for you. Calm down" I wishpered again as I led her to a table.
"How? She inquired.
"Just watch out but Fleur is not your enemy" she nodded in agreement.

Then the MC's voice boomed on the Mic .

"Ladies and gentleman you're welcome to the Award Night of Esteem High School. This award night is held in honour of our class of 2019. A round of applause please" the MC solicitated. And the crowd clapped cheerfully.

"Today Esteem High School will have a new valedictorian which I believe everyone is dying to see" he added with a smile. The crowd screamed a yes almost bursting my ear buds.

"Please make yourself comfortable. DJ soft music please". He gestured to the DJ.

? Maria's POV ?
What's wrong with this flirt. I seethed as I looked murderously at that stupid bitch. I swear I'm boiling inside. She's all over my man like some bug. Yuck! But Don't worry soon you'll be leaving this hall in tears. I thought as I smirked wickedly and sipped my drink. sexy wedding dresses 2019

? Hour's later ?
The awards session came and the Mc came to the Mic. "Ladies and gentlemen" the MC started. Wow this is the peak of the matter Edwin will be proud of me.

Here comes the valedictorian of Esteem High School class of 2019 our breathtaking genius, Edwi....i..n Haw....wks. The crowd screamed their lungs out and clapped. I smiled from my seat of course I'll be next.

Edwin stepped out to the podium with his heart melting smile. There's no girl that wouldn't drool over this handsome genius.

" the second to the valedictorian is... wow a female. The Mc remarked. " Edwin please make her your date to night " he stated as everyone laughed.

God I feel so good Edwin will be my date tonight. I primped and almost stood up when I heard " Del...lia Par...k.s" from the MC.

What? Did he check well? Is something wrong with this crazy MC already? I turned and looked at the direction of the principal on the head table and he smirked

"What? I breathed. Fuck! fuck! fuckkkkkk.! I stormed out of the hall when I heard my name being called by the MC as the third. " motherfucker!" I yelled from the door way and every one looked at my direction.

I hissed madly as I called my hitmen
"Get the principal" I yelled into the phone.
"Ma'm the security is crazily tight". You idiot.

"Then get that bitch" I hung up and slide into my car as I thought of the many evil things I'll do to her. Uncontrollable tears began to dripped down my cheeks. "By the time I'm done with you, you'll blame whoever chose you over me in hell little bitch"!

? Delia's POV ?
I couldn't believe my ears when I heard my name as the second. What? Delia the dumb girl is coming second in Esteem High School award night.

I stood up with hesitation. I felt extremely shy. I haven't faced a crowd as large as this before. I went to the podium and stood beside Edwin Hawks, the genius who's helped me become who I am tonight.

Then Maria stormed out of the hall. What's the problem with this devil? I shoved that aside as I stood beside Edwin. I thought about many crazy things. Imagining it was our wedding day. We even kissed in my imagination. ? ?

I was brought back to reality when he said "and to this cute angel beside me, thank you for the positive change you've brought to my life" my faced flushed crimson as I blushed at the sudden acknowledgement.

Everyone clapped. Later our prizes were given and only Maria was left out. There was enough fireworks designed specially in our school colours.

Many people congratulated me including my bestie. When we hugged, I pinched her hard at the back and she winced.

" that's for making me miss your company" I pretended to be angry.
" sorry it wasn't intentional" she pouted as She smiled and hit me playfully.

Then I felt the urge to go to the rest room. I excused myself from edwin , Fleur and others and left immediately.

I was about leaving when I felt someone covered my face and I blacked out.

? Edwin's POV ?
I waited but Delia didn't return from the restroom. Why is she taking for ever? Girls and their stuffs. I sighed softly. I really wanna dance with my cutie.

I couldn't concentrate anymore. This is becoming too much. Then realisation down on me that Maria may be up to something crazy.

God I hope Delia is not hurt. I rushed in a panic to the female's restroom but found her wristwatch on the door way. I recognised it immediately. Damnit! she's been kidnapped by that bitch.

Maria you're so dead!. I picked the wrist watch and ran outside the restroom area. What hell of security do we have here? They couldn't even protect my girlfriend. I'll sue you bunch of motherfuckers!

I dialled Fleur's number and she answered at the first ring.
" Fleur, Delia has been kidnapped and its that bitch. I swear I'll kill her"

"What? Okay let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you in a moment " she responded.
"Okay dear. Thanks so much" I hung up. I was more than pissed and at the same time scared.

? Fleur's POV ?
I was shocked to hear my bestie has been kidnapped. I'll do anything to get her out of the hands of that devil.
I took my phone from my purse and dialled Maria's number.

"Hey babe. Nice job already. You are a darling. I can't wait to show that bitch what she deserve " I faked a loud laugh. I could hear her laugh wickedly on the other line.

"So where the hell is the bitch? God I hope I don't get caught in this game.
"Fairmont" she snapped and added
" hope I can trust you" she asked.

"100% " I smirked. " so where in Fairmont? I pressed forward. Of course the details is important.
"Our family castle". Her voice was as cold as death.

"Thanks sweetie" as l hung up. God can't believe I did that. Then I called Edwin again and gave him the details but then i must also call his mum. This is absolutely crazy!

? Mrs Hawks POV ?
Shit..shit...Shit. I swear to the heavens I'll kill that slut if she dare lay her filthy hands on my little girl. I alerted the security at once and they swung into action. Fairmont here we come. What the fuck!

? Mr Parks POV ?
I tried Delia's number but was switched off. Why? I called the principal and he told me the party was over. I hope my daughter is okay. I can't survive a second if any thing happens to her.

Then I remembered I haven't called Edwin and Fleur yet. I received the shock of my life when I called Fleur and she told me she's been kidnapped and that they are on a rescue mission. Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my heart as darkness consumed my vision.

I was taken to God knows where. I could hear Maria's voice echoing in the room. She kept on yelling "bitch, she took what's mine away from me. Kill her! Just kill her!

I only thought of what will happen to my Dad when he hears of my death. Tears kept on dripping down my cheeks. Is this what I get for falling in love?

I'm sorry Edwin is not my fault. Fleur, thanks for being a good friend. Mrs Hawks, thanks for being a mum I've never grown up to see. Then I heard footsteps and click of the trigger. ? ? ?
